As the exclusive XEROX authorized Sales agent for this area, we are proud to be associated with the number one provider of Quality copiers, printers and multifunction devices in the world. Over the years, Marcotek has earned the prestigious XEROX Present’s Club award for outstanding sales numerous times and most recently honored as the #1 performing XEROX sales agencies in the Eastern Region of the United States. Locally, Marcotek has also received many civic awards for helping to promote community growth and awareness. With Offices in Lake City Florida and Valdosta Georgia Marcotek provides quality XEROX products and services for hundreds of customers every day.

Marcotek is owned and operated by Keith and Ginger Norris. Keith is The General Manager and over sees the daily operation of the business. Ginger is the Office Manager and a Key account Manager. Daniel Harrelson is our South Georgia Regional Manager and has been one of our highest producing sales agents in the company’s history. Kathy Milligan is our Customer Service manager and new account specialist. Thad Hodges is our Xerox Office Solutions Specialist. He specializes in multifunction machines over 50 pages per minute and document software solutions. Leslie Foster and Theresa Giannattasio are the XEROX production Equipment specialists. Leslie covers the Florida territory and Theresa covers the Georgia territory. They both specialize in digital production equipment for all sorts of customers from large commercial printers to Warehousing and logistical support companies. Tom Constantine is our XEROX large opportunity and Strategic Account Manager. Tom specializes in the unique needs of businesses that require large fleets of office equipment. Our service team each average 20 years of dedicated service to XEROX. They are continually trained at the Xerox training facility in Leesburg Virginia as new products are introduced into the XEROX portfolio. Xerox service has won many awards for customer service including the J.D. Powers award for the last 3 years in a row.
