Shipment Processing Times Rates
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise specified. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates and times may vary depending on product, order size and destination.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Marcotek ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Tracking numbers will be made available to you through your Marcotek account within 24 hours. If you do not receive an order confirmation email or tracking number within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us via email at Orders@Marcotek.com.
International Shipping Policy
