Return Policy

At Marcotek, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If the order does not meet your expectations, you may start the return process by contacting us and filling out a return form. We offer a 30 day standard return policy on the majority of our products. If you have specific questions about the return process or about a specific item, you can send your questions to us at Order@Marcotek.com.

Please allow 24 - 72 hours for us to respond to your inquiry.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The return will only be accepted if all original parts are included as well as the original product packaging. Some products we offer are ineligible for returns. These products include: software, product licenses and warranty services, and any digital downloadable software products.

Additional Restrictions

Please read the following for important additional restrictions:
  • Defective Products Including Dead on Arrival: Customers may return products deemed defective or Dead On Arrival (DOA) within 15 days of the ship date. Marcotek offers credit, replacement, exchange or repair, as deemed appropriate by seller
  • Return Approval: Prior to returning any purchases, customers must contact Marcotek via email to get return approval and begin the return process. No returns of any type will be accepted by Marcotek unless they include an RMA number obtained by contacting Marcotek support (Order@Marcotek.com).
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customer will be responsible for all costs associated with packaging and shipping for any returned goods. If an exchange or replacement is approved, Marcotek will be responsible for the shipping costs unless otherwise specified or agreed to with the customer.
  • Restocking Fees: A restocking fee may be applied to your return.

Refund Policy (If Applicable)

Marcotek will initiate refunds after an approved return has been received and inspected. At this time, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. To request a return or notify Marcotek of a defective or DOA order, please send an email to Orders@Marcotek.com. You may also call us at 800-752-7969 to talk to a representative. A Marcotek representative will provide you with additional instructions regarding your return including eligibility and approval, if approved, an RMA number (contingent on approval), the ship to address, and information about your refund.
